About This Course

This course will begin by developing an entrepreneurial mindset using Quarter Zero's Culture Pillars and practicing design thinking.Then we'll move to identifying interesting problems and potential solutions. We will talk about customer interviews, developing a minimum viable product (your MVP), finding a product/market fit and developing a sales strategy. Finally, we'll wrap up with tips on how to pitch your ventyre, using compelling stories, and how to develop awesome slides.

While you work your way through the course, you can apply each lesson to your own venture, using activities that are available in your free online companion toolkit. We'll provide suggestions on how long to spend on each part of the process and how to create accountability.
